Chaos Crate is Ghost Kitchen Roulette: a weekly food drop directed by the crowd and complicated by chance. On Monday, the community chooses a cuisine. On Tuesday, a bot selects a wildcard ingredient the chef must use. On Friday at noon, the finished menu drops.

Why We Cook This Way

Dinner should be affordable enough to take a chance on and interesting enough to talk about afterward. Every drop is limited to 100 locally prepared boxes at $9.99 each, with no tips or delivery fees.

The Golden Fork

One random box includes a golden fork. Whoever finds it gets to choose the cuisine for the following week—because at Chaos Crate, the customer really can run the kitchen.
